The Hand to Hand Combat Training Center [H2HCTC] of Post Falls Idaho is committed to training people to protect themselves, their families and loved ones and their communities.
Classes in effective, no-nonsense Martial Arts are taught to Men, Women and Children with an emphasis on “Self-offense”. This simply means the H2HCTC teaches the concept of “Attack the Attacker”.
Master Instructor Michael M. Foley and his eldest daughter Chief Instructor Melanie L. Warner, have put together a detailed, concise 3 disc set lesson plan on “Level 01” Hand to Hand Combat Training.
Michael M. Foley is a 30 year veteran of the U.S. Army, 25 years of that in Special Operations. He has taught U.S. Military members Hand to Hand Combat since 1977. He was also asked to teach members of the German Special Ops Community, members of the U.N. Peace Keeping activity in Kosovo, Rwanda, and Macedonia, a team from Italy and a special group of Korean Soldiers to name a few.
In 2007 he returned from 3 years in Iraq where he taught many classes to the best military in the world; The U.S. Military. Master Instructor Foley is still actively teaching America’s fighting soldiers by training the National Guard and Army Reserve personnel at his headquarters in Northern Idaho.
Instructor Melanie Warner has been learning Martial Arts from her father her entire life. She started teaching when she was only 10 years old and has only improved with time. She is a Martial Arts Competition Champion and an outstanding technician of the art. |
